Aetherclad is a hybrid naval/aerial combat simulator, set on the frontier of the endless maelstrom of the deep sky, made by (mostly) a single developer. Combat is fully realised, simulating high calibre naval combat amidst the skies. 

Every shell, room and piece of shrapnel is simulated in as realistic a way as possible, while still remaining fun. Shooting isn't as simple as point and click, you also need to dial in your range. To help with this, ships can be equip with sophisticated stereoscopic rangefinders and ballistics computers to give you an edge at long ranges. 

Picking your targets is important. Hit turrets and engines to disable them, damage boilers to reduce power to the ships systems, and strike lifting cells to deal critical damage and plunge your enemies into the void below. 

Aspiring to a "wall of sound" approach to sound design, we might be the worlds loudest game. Everything you hear is fully dynamic,  The beat of the engines, roar of the propellers, hum of the lifting cells, the scream of shells and the crack of the guns all change based on the situation, even going as far to simulate the speed of sound and the doppler effect, to give you the most immersive audible feedback possible,
